Arad, Mitzpeh Ramon, Netivot, Ofakim, Sderot, and Yeruham, in the Negev; Acre, Beit She'an, Carmiel, Hatzor Haglilit, Kiryat Shmona, Naharia, Nazareth, Upper Nazareth, Safed, Shlomi, Tiberias and Yefia, in the Galilee.
